Since June of 1995, an intensive effort to explore and map the cave system has been undertaken. KUR has
surveyed 2,500 feet from the entrance to depths of 300 feet and have discovered large chambers and wide,
extensive passageways. A large tunnel at the end of the survey indicates that the system could be much
more extensive.
